How long does a quote take?
A specialist reviews your line conditions and replies within one hour with a configured proposal, quantities, accessories, and lead time included.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from US and EU stocking points to most countries. Lead times depend on the instrument family and any optional ISO 17025 calibration before dispatch.
Can instruments be calibrated before shipment?
Optional ISO 17025 calibration is available for most product families. We include the calibration certificate with the instrument and add the calibration window to the proposal.
What industries do you serve?
Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy, and Water/Wastewater. Each industry page lists the instruments most often deployed in that vertical along with typical applications.
Do you offer onsite training and commissioning?
Yes. Onsite commissioning and training are available as line items on the quote, scheduled around your production window. Remote commissioning is also offered for many product families.
How do I request a multi-product quote?
Browse the catalog and add products to your quote cart with the "+ Add to quote" button. From the cart, fill in your contact details and submit, there is no online payment at this point, the cart is a request, not a checkout.
