The CanNeed-ATCT-1000 Automatic Tensile and Compression Tester is a high-precision instrument designed for testing tensile stress, peel strength, heat-sealing strength, and puncture resistance in flexible packaging, plastic films, adhesives, and rubber. Engineered to meet GBT16825-2022 standards, this tester provides reliable performance for quality control in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical packaging production lines.
Test Process: Samples are secured between two clamps. The system utilizes a high-precision force sensor and integrated displacement sensor to capture real-time data, calculating tensile, tearing, and deformation performance indicators with high repeatability.
