Preform Profile Tester

Purpose

The CanNeed-PPT-2010 PET preform profile tester provides high-precision, non-contact measurement of bottle mouth dimensions for quality control in packaging and food & beverage production. This automated imaging system allows operators to simply place a sample in the testing station and initiate a scan, delivering instant, accurate feedback on critical dimensions. The system automatically saves data and images to a database, ensuring reliable quality management documentation.

The PPT-2010 features a user-friendly, maintenance-free design suitable for preform mouths with heights ≤ 30 mm and diameters < 39 mm. Quick-change positioning fixtures allow for rapid adaptation to different bottle mouth profiles during production.
