Simple Aphrometers
Our Simple Aphrometers 100101 / 100104 are designed to check the pressure and the vacuum in the bottles of still wine (Bordeaux and Burgundy bottles) or slightly sparkling wines with cork, for a direct and instantaneous readout.

Our Simple Aphrometers 100101 / 100104 are designed to check the pressure and the vacuum in the bottles of still wine (Bordeaux and Burgundy bottles) or slightly sparkling wines with cork, for a direct and instantaneous readout.
Its long needle allows the unit to pierce corks (and even some synthetic corks), but it cannot pierce crown caps or any other metallic closures.
The cork ensures airtightness.
