The CanNeed-CAN-5000 Air Meter is a precision instrument designed for the food and beverage industry to measure total air content in carbonated beverages packaged in glass, PET bottles, and cans. Engineered for high-speed production environments, this air meter delivers superior accuracy for quality control testing.
The CanNeed-CAN-5000 features an optimized piercing head with a minimized inner diameter and reduced tubing volume. This design ensures that air trapped within the tubing is effectively purged, preventing external air contamination and ensuring highly repeatable test results.
The integrated air testing tube is positioned directly above the piercing device, minimizing the distance between the sample and the measurement chamber to ensure the complete release of air from the container.
In addition to air content, the CanNeed-CAN-5000 measures total pressure and temperature, allowing for the precise calculation of CO2 volume. Equipped with high-accuracy pressure and temperature sensors, this instrument provides reliable data for critical process monitoring.
