The CanNeed-ABMS-1100 is a fully automated, unattended can end size comprehensive tester designed for high-efficiency quality control in the can-making industry. It utilizes high-precision contact measurement to automatically inspect can body height, dome depth, can end inner diameter, and flange width for two-piece cans, ensuring consistent, repeatable results while reducing labor costs.

Measurement Process

1. Automated Feeding: Optional single or multi-channel feeders transport samples to the inspection area.

2. Robotic Handling: An intelligent robotic arm positions the can for automated rotation and measurement.

3. Precision Inspection: Pneumatic-controlled sensors inspect the sample at 1 to 50 points per rotation.

4. Data Integration: Results are automatically saved and transmitted to your SPC system for real-time analysis.
