The CanNeed-ADER-E1000 Automatic Digital Enamel Rater is a high-precision testing instrument designed for the food and beverage packaging industry to measure the enamel coating compactness (mA) of can ends. This automated system ensures reliable quality control by testing coating integrity, displaying real-time, maximum, and average current values.
The ADER-E1000 automates the testing process by placing the end into the measuring station and providing results within 4 seconds. It features an optimized electric design for rapid, accurate detection of exposed metal. If poor contact occurs, the system provides an immediate warning. Data can be exported to a PC via an RS-232 interface for comprehensive analysis.
