Applications

The CanNeed “LaserScore-300 Automatic EOE Score Residue and Progression Measure System” utilizes advanced laser and visual positioning technology to automate the inspection of Easy Open End (EOE) score residue and rivet convex progression. Designed for high-volume quality control in food and beverage packaging, the LaserScore-300 features two independent work positions, each compatible with 202, 206, and 209 EOE sizes.

The system streamlines batch testing through an integrated automatic sampling mechanical arm. Once samples are stacked, the arm transfers them to the inspection clamp, where a high-precision servo system and visual positioning unit accurately measure multiple points on the EOE. After inspection, the arm automatically returns the sample to the stack, significantly reducing labor costs and testing time.
