The CanNeed-ASST-600 Automatic Secure Seal Tester is a high-precision instrument designed to verify the seal integrity of PET bottles, glass bottles, and crown caps. Essential for beverage and brewing quality control, this device prevents gas leakage and ensures compliance with GB/T 17876-2010 standards for anti-theft bottle caps.

- PET bottled carbonated drinks: 1.0 MPa
Test Process:
Samples are clamped and submerged in a water tank for pressurized testing. The system offers two methods: a puncture method for bottles under 1.5L for speed, and a cutting method for bottles over 1.5L to ensure operator safety.
