Applications

The CanNeed-PEBT-4000 Bottle Pressure Tester is an advanced testing instrument designed for precise quality control of PET bottles in the food, beverage, and packaging industries. It conforms to three international testing standards, allowing users to perform both set-pressure and burst-pressure testing. The system features automated pressurization, ensuring a linearized process until the target or burst point is reached.

Once a test program is selected, the PEBT-4000 operates automatically. The integrated touch-screen provides real-time pressure monitoring, records maximum pressure, and captures burst data. Available test modes include: Fill Ramp, Burst, and User-defined.
