Buckle Tester for Can and End
Buckle tester for cans and ends, 0–900 kPa range with 4 test modes and RS232C output — precise buckle-pressure data for food & beverage QC lines.
| Detection Object | Canned beer/canned beverages/canned food |
| Test Items | Pressure/pressure resistance |
| Testing Occasions | laboratory |
The Canneed-CEBT-200 Buckle Tester for Can and End is a precision instrument designed to determine the exact pressure at which a can or end begins to buckle. Watch the CEBT-200 operation video here.
Applications
This tester features four distinct measuring modes: Buckle Bottom for Can, Missile Test, Peak Test for Free End, and Peak Test for Seamed End. Users place samples into the holding clamp and initiate the test; the device applies a rapid pressure increase to a pre-set value, followed by a controlled pressing speed. The test terminates automatically upon buckling, with the maximum pressure value captured on the display. Interchangeable inserts allow for testing various can and end dimensions within seconds.
