CO₂ Tester and Pressure Tester
Similar to AT2E's CO2EASY-A / CO2EASY-D
CO₂ and pressure tester for carbonated beverages in bottles and cans — 0–0.6 MPa range, 0–50 °C, ASBC-based method for reliable QC.
Applications
The CanNeed-CAN-7001/CAN-7002 CO₂ Tester and Pressure Tester is designed to measure the CO₂ content in carbonated beverages filled in glass and PET bottles or cans. It is designed in accordance with methods established by the American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC), corresponding to “GB/T 4928 – 2001 Brewing Analysis Methods” and “GB/T 10792 – 1995 Carbonated Beverage Analysis Methods”. Therefore, the machine is widely used by Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and beverage enterprises. It accommodates bottles and cans of different sizes. After the sample is pierced, the pressure is read on the pressure gauge as soon as the equilibrium pressure is achieved. The CO₂ content is determined by means of the CO₂ slide rule or temperature/pressure relationship charts.
Advantages
The machine uses an upward piercing mechanism instead of downward pressing, making operation more convenient and reducing the effort required.
The machine is simple in structure and convenient in application. Equipped with a high-accuracy pressure gauge and a standard thermometer, it can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
If used together with IAM-30 Air Meter, it can measure both CO₂ content and air content.
