The CanNeed-SCDG Crown Gauge is a precision inspection tool designed for food & beverage and bottling facilities to verify the external diameter of crown caps. This gauge ensures consistent quality control by confirming that cap dimensions meet established manufacturing tolerances.
Inspection Method: Place the SCDG gauge over the crown cap. A qualified cap must pass through the designated limit hole, while caps failing to pass through the lower limit hole are identified as out-of-specification.
