Digital AutoShaker Beverage CO₂ Calculator

Applications

The AS-200d Digital AutoShaker Beverage CO₂ Calculator is a patented, high-precision instrument designed for accurate carbon dioxide measurement in glass, PET bottles, and cans within the food & beverage industry. Its automated shaking process ensures high reproducibility, making it an essential tool for quality assurance and process control.

The operation involves placing the sample in the protection drum, piercing the container, and utilizing motor-driven rotation to achieve phase equilibrium. This controlled process ensures the optimum release of dissolved carbon dioxide, providing reliable and repeatable measurement results based on integrated temperature and pressure charts.

For comprehensive quality control, the AS-200d can be paired with the IAM Air Meter to determine headspace air content and total air content in the beverage.
