The SeamSight® Full Automatic Seam Monitor utilizes SeamSight® Professional Software to perform automated line positioning and complete measurements in under 1 second. Designed for the food and beverage packaging industry, this system integrates seamlessly with CanNeed SPC data collection, including CSG-200 countersink and STG-200D seam thickness gauges, to automate data transfer and eliminate operator error.

The system features a robust database management interface, allowing for centralized storage of measurement results and images. Users can generate customized reports, perform statistical analysis, and utilize pre-defined qualification standards to receive instant alerts on production quality.
