The CanNeed-Chip-A380 is a fully automatic component counter designed for high-efficiency inventory management in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly. This system supports 7-inch to 15-inch reels and utilizes advanced X-ray imaging to provide unattended, high-speed counting with ≥ 99.7% accuracy. By integrating directly with MES/ERP systems, it automates loading, scanning, labeling, and sorting to streamline warehouse operations.
