The TRT-2000 is a fully automatic testing equipment designed to measure the light transmittance of multiple IR apertures. Users simply load a stack of trays, and the machine automatically measures the IR apertures on all cover plates. No operator intervention is needed for individual loading/unloading. The system performs fully automated testing, including loading, unloading, inspection, OK/NG judgment, and the automatic rejection of non-conforming products.
5.1 Programmable Product Settings: The software allows for setting and storing parameters (quantity, position of IR apertures) for different products. Calling the corresponding parameters for measurement is fast and convenient.
5.2 Configurable Measurement Wavelengths: Enables measurement of different wavelengths for different IR apertures on the same product.
5.3 Local Database Results Storage: All measurement results are saved in a local database and are retained permanently unless deleted.
5.4 Comprehensive Reporting: Capable of printing various reports, including single-wavelength transmittance reports for multiple IR apertures and continuous-wavelength transmittance reports for a single IR aperture. Reports can be exported to Excel, Word, PDF, etc.
