The CanNeed-EMS-200 Multiple Lid Measurement Station is a high-precision automatic lid measurement station designed for quality control in metal packaging. It accurately measures End Curl Outer Diameter, End Curl Height, Countersink, and Thimble Depth. Operators simply place the ends on the testing platform and initiate the cycle; four pneumatic sensors perform simultaneous measurements while the system automatically rotates the sample. Users can configure between 1 and 50 measurement points per circle, with data exported via RS232. The system is managed via a touch-screen PLC and calibrated using a standard gauge.
The included CND_EMS 1.0 professional software facilitates seamless data collection, database storage, statistical analysis, and automated report generation.
