The CanNeed-AS-Line-1000 is an automated online CO2 analyzer designed for high-speed beer and carbonated beverage production lines. By utilizing Henry’s Law to calculate CO2 content through precise pressure and temperature monitoring, this system ensures consistent quality control for both bottled and canned products.

Applications

Developed in accordance with ASBC methods and compliant with GB/T 4928-2001 and GB/T 10792-1995 standards, the AS-Line-1000 provides laboratory-grade accuracy directly on the production floor.
