The CanNeed-TRK-6000 Oven Temperature Tracker is a professional inspection system designed for the coating industry. This comprehensive kit includes a high-precision data logger, a robust heat insulation case, proprietary analysis software, and multiple thermocouples.
Testing Method:
The TRK-6000 travels through the oven alongside your products, recording real-time temperature data. The logger, housed within a protective heat insulation case, utilizes five thermocouples attached to the product and one ambient air thermocouple to capture precise thermal profiles. Once the cycle is complete, the CND_TRK software generates detailed reports for analysis.
This system is an essential tool for coating suppliers to verify proper solidification and ensure process control compliance with ISO9000 standards. By providing accurate temperature curves, the TRK-6000 helps manufacturers optimize production techniques, improve product quality, and reduce defect rates.
