The CanNeed-PBT-100 Paper Board Bursting Strength Tester is a precision instrument designed for testing and analyzing the bursting strength of cardboard, corrugated board, and various paper materials. Ideal for quality control in packaging and paper manufacturing, this tester supports a burst resistance range of 350Kpa to 5500Kpa and complies with the GBT1539-2007 international standard for cardboard breaking resistance determination.

Applications
This unit is engineered for high-accuracy testing of paperboard, including corrugated and solid fiberboard, ensuring consistent results for industrial production lines and laboratory environments.
Test process:
Secure the sample board on the circular film, ensuring a flat surface. The system pumps hydraulic fluid at a constant, motor-driven speed to expand the film until the sample reaches its breaking point, automatically capturing the maximum pressure value.
