Applications
The CanNeed-PNR-E200 Pressure No Return Tester for Ends is a high-precision instrument designed for food and beverage packaging quality control. It measures the PNR value (Plastic Deformation) and buckle value of can ends. During the pressurization process, the integrated micrometer tracks deformation, while the software generates curves to analyze the correlation between pressure and material deformation.
Advantages
Three testing modes:
- PNR Testing: Securely clamps the sample, tracks deformation via micrometer, and identifies the PNR value when “No Return Deformation” occurs.
- Buckle Testing: Measures the maximum bearable pressure until the can bottom buckles, displaying the result on the screen.
- Length Testing: Applies pressure to reach a preset deformation amount to determine the pressure value required.
