Applications
The CanNeed-BPT-4 automatic ramp pressure tester is a high-precision instrument designed for testing the internal pressure resistance and burst strength of glass containers. Ideal for quality control in the food and beverage industry, this PLC-controlled system features an LCD touch screen, automatic clamping, and servo-driven pressurization to ensure repeatable, accurate results.
The system supports two testing modes: linear pressurization and pressure maintaining, ensuring compliance with GB/T 4546-2008 and ISO 7458:2004 international standards.
Working Process:Once the glass container is placed in the chamber, the safety door initiates the automatic clamping sequence. The system increases pressure until the target value is reached (pass) or the container bursts (destructive test). Real-time data is displayed and saved automatically, with options for PC or SPC output.
