Applications
The CanNeed-SST-600 Secure Seal Tester is designed to verify seal integrity on glass, plastic containers, and metal cans. Engineered for the specific requirements of aluminum roll-on, twist-off, and plastic cap closures, the system utilizes compressed air, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide to detect gas leakage, providing higher sensitivity than liquid-based testing. Its rugged construction, featuring anodized aluminum and stainless steel, is suitable for both demanding production line environments and laboratory quality control.

PET bottled beverage (non-carbonated): 0.2 Mpa
PET bottled beverage (carbonated): 1.0 Mpa
Glass bottle (crown cap): 1.0 Mpa
Glass bottle (plastic/aluminum twist-off): 0.2 Mpa
Canned food or beverage: 0.2 Mpa
The system features a dual-compartment design with a transparent test tank and a stainless steel control base. Safety is prioritized through integrated features including a pressure relief valve, quick-vent lid, safety cover lock, and pressure regulation.
