Applications
The CanNeed-WWT-100 Welding Line Integrity Tester is designed for quality control in food and beverage packaging, specifically for testing the flange point welding integrality of 3-piece cans.
To operate, place the can body onto the pneumatic fixture. The integrated cylinder drives the pressure board to curl the flange to a 10 mm depth. Once the cycle is complete, the operator can inspect the weld for breaches or structural failures, ensuring consistent production quality.
