Measure Items: Seam Length, Body Hook, End Hook, Overlap, %Overlap, Seam Gap, %Body Hook Butting, %End Hook Butting, %Tightness, and actual seam formation. The system identifies double seam integrity across various material combinations, including Aluminum/Aluminum, Tin/Tin, and Tin/Aluminum.
The Seam-X®-Lab integrates with seam thickness and countersink gauges to form a comprehensive double seam quality control system.
